| As of April 27th, in conjunction with the release of version 2.1 of WinJammer, the CME will require firms to transmit all financial statements via the Internet. Until April 27th, the CME will be able to receive transmissions via the bulletin board or the Internet. An alternative to transmitting directly from WinJammer via the Internet is to export the WinJammer transmission file to a floppy disk or network drive and manually send it as an E-mail attachment, or you can mail us the disk containing the transmission file. Please note that if you send the file on a floppy disk, the disk must arrive at the CME by the required statement filing date. We would like to encourage firms to test their Internet transmission by re-transmitting a statement that was previously sent to the CME.
